Finished elements to Staincross Common
Here photographs of the finished extention exteriors. Rosemary tiles were used on breathable felt and lead flashing all code 4 lead, with traditonal soakers under the tile.
The roof contains 2 velux windows at the back and a fire escape at the front. this lets plenty of light in the attic style bedroom inside. To the right is an image of the down stairs bathroom during fitting which had enough space to house a bath, shower, toilet and hand basin with still plenty of space.
To the left you have the inside of the bedroom in the extention. We fitted hatches front and back for access and storage within the walls. To the right is the new staircase in the existing house which leads to the loft coversion which was completed just as the extention was at damp proof level. both were started at the same time.
