This loft conversion was an extention to the previous dormer. It was brought forward 1.2m and the full length of the bungelow.

It consisted of a timber frame on load bearing supports, two bedrooms, a window on the stair case and bathroom containing two velux roof light windows.

The project took 3 weeks to complete from start to finish.
